this was the greatest thing to do. it made an awesome gift...unique and fun. i had the best time being in on the process from the beginning and really appreciated the ability to make changes on the PROMPT proofing process. you really made me feel like i was a real part of the process. even after it was painted, you were able to change the hair color for me when i saw that the one i picked just wasn't right. thank you for that. he was BLOWN away by it...was the last thing he imagined and made the perfect birthday gift to celebrate "him". he was floored that it even had his pearl jam tattoo on his leg. he now uses it for his social media profile pics. thank you~~
We bought as a gift for coaches; the quality was better than expected as was the attention to detail. A great gift idea for someone who has everything. Also, we had a rush order and it arrived in time for our event!
If there were 4 1/2 stars, I would give that rating. On the positive side, they did overall a great job and we are very happy with it. The only reason it's not a solid 5stars is this: On 3 occasions, I asked for one thing to be larger (pies in the figurine's hands), and was pretty darn clear that I was asking them to REALLY GO LARGE. Each time, the pies only got just a tiny bit larger, it never got close to being large enough. I ended up approving it and being a little disappointed in that one aspect. Maybe the sculptor thought the figurine would be too fragile, but if so, that was not communicated. I figured I was being a pest to keep asking, so I approved it. Nevertheless, it's a small regret and we are very happy. Overall, it was great. I guess my only advice is that you stick to your guns and keep working with their sculptor to get it exactly the way you want it.
I had SUCH a wonderful experience creating my bobblehead with this website. I went through agony for 4 months dealing with another site before finally getting my money back. I then did better research and found Bobbleheads.com.
They provide amazing customer service with some day replies and answers. The whole process took under one month including shipping, and the price was reasonable.
