We bought as a gift for coaches; the quality was better than expected as was the attention to detail. A great gift idea for someone who has everything. Also, we had a rush order and it arrived in time for our event!
If there were 4 1/2 stars, I would give that rating. On the positive side, they did overall a great job and we are very happy with it. The only reason it's not a solid 5stars is this: On 3 occasions, I asked for one thing to be larger (pies in the figurine's hands), and was pretty darn clear that I was asking them to REALLY GO LARGE. Each time, the pies only got just a tiny bit larger, it never got close to being large enough. I ended up approving it and being a little disappointed in that one aspect. Maybe the sculptor thought the figurine would be too fragile, but if so, that was not communicated. I figured I was being a pest to keep asking, so I approved it. Nevertheless, it's a small regret and we are very happy. Overall, it was great. I guess my only advice is that you stick to your guns and keep working with their sculptor to get it exactly the way you want it.
I had SUCH a wonderful experience creating my bobblehead with this website. I went through agony for 4 months dealing with another site before finally getting my money back. I then did better research and found Bobbleheads.com.
They provide amazing customer service with some day replies and answers. The whole process took under one month including shipping, and the price was reasonable.

Everything and more the website claimed iit to be. The 'proofing' process with changes was prompt with great attention to the slightest tweeks I thought needed to be made to make the bobblehead of my best pal for his 75th birthday. It was packaged so there was no chance of damage, it was received promptly and, when I forwarded it to him, he and his wife flipped out over it. He's a millionaire with 'all the toys' a man could need but this was the most unique and artistic gift he'd ever gotten. This is the gift that will NEVER be put on a shelf in a closet! Thank you!~
