The ordering process was fairly easy; I had to call the Georgia HQ office a couple of times to clarify a few things, but the people I spoke with were all very friendly and helpful (and thankfully American) and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The product is made in China and you'll receive two emails from the factory to approve or reject the order (one email to approve the clay figure(s) and the final email to approve the painting work). We received the finished product in perfect condition about a month after the order placement and we were very pleased with the results. Keep in mind that your satisfaction will be dependent upon the number and quality of photos you submit and in the case of the fully customized bobblehead, the clarity and completeness of your description of how you want the bobblehead to look.
I wish all companies took their customers as seriously as this one does. Not only was the product fantastic and much loved by the recipient, but the process to order & customize was nearly flawless. I especially appreciate the fast and effective responses from the customer service team any time I had a question (and I had many!).
It took a lot longer than I expected, and I didn't figure it out until the end the reason why....but, when I received my custom bobbleheads, it made sense! The Co works with China, but once you get all the bugs out, trust me you'll be a 110% satisfied customer.
Our bobbles are FANTASTIC!! They look so much like us and bring back memories of our African safari (the picture used). My husband was a bit skeptical at first but once he saw them, he loved them. So glad I ordered that second one at a very reduced price. He now has one for the office!
